Here is a post I wrote a few months back telling why and how I came to use distilled water. Last week I ran out of my distilled water at work and I drank some out of the water cooler. It made me feel so ill I thought I'd have to go home early.
I believe that using distilled water is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. A good diet of fruits and vegetables, especially leafy greens, will supply us with the minerals we need and that our body can use.
