I plan on eating food as long as I live, and I regard this essential element as important as food and water - unless I get a signal from my body to ease up. I may lower the amount if I get the wet nose I have read about. I do 16 drops at a time in water, so will take it 2-3 times in a day.

I get the booger syndrome in waves. Clogged for a day or two and then gone again for a week or more.
