Awesome posts! Dolls, do you intend to take Iodine indefinitely? Also when you do 300mg which equals to 48 drops, is it taken in one shot or three times a day or twice a day?

Dianna, You take 20-30 drops a day, how do you take it, once, twice or three times a day?

I reached up to 15 drops and now tapering off due to nasal mucus and boogers. After I started tapering off, I do not have any nasal issues. I am wondering how should I decide on where to stop. How many drops should I take daily for next 6 months.
