Re: 3 amalgams out & what happened next.
As u can see in my post, even with full protection, removal effected me quite dramatically.
I am 90pct back to normal. I guess am just learning what “brain fog” is. It is still coming and going but very gently now. These sensations are very similar to what I would call a “come down” of which I have had plenty, although not for a couple of years now.
Supplements I am currently taking;
Morning
2 x magnesium citrate
1 x betaine & pepsin
1 x Vit E
1 x Vit C (poss take extra…poss upto bowel limit. S.King would not do that.)
1 x vit B12
1 x iron plus vit C
1 x GTF chromium
1 x Entrocap (grapefruit seed extract)
Lunch
1 x Entrocap
Evening
1 x betaine & pepsin
1 x Vit E
1 x iron plus vit C
1 x vit B12
1 x GTF chromium
1 x Entrocap

I get these checked regularly and have recently stopped taking calcium/antioxidant/kelp/probiotics/Multi Vit B
I have also been researching mercury toxicity as I have decided to make my own mind up about what to do with my health, rather than leave it to others.
You have obviously read Hal Huggins book, “its all in yr head” which is a great read.
Have you read “amalgam illness” by Andy Cutler? This book tells you exactly how to treat yourself and is considered the best about mercury detoxing. His detoxing protocol used by quite a few people and it will be the protocol I use when I start to chelate. $35 bucks well spent IMHO.
If you read that book, you will find out why some people get better, why some people don’t and why some people get better then get worse and how you can (hopefully) ensure YOU get better.
