I won't slack on my OP'ing ever again.

I did that back in February and my health went downhill as a result. I continured pulling regularly 2 months ago.

I am convinced that had I not taken a break from OP'ing, my gum disease would be non existent.

I took Trapper's advice (concerning Iodine) and I'm glad I did.

I now add 3 drops of Lugol's to my olive oil (which is ozonated).
