i've been using Iodine for nearly a month now.
No more gum disease
no more mouth sores
No more insomnia
No more PMS and cramps
When I don't take my Iodine at the same time everyday, I get headaches. When I go to the bathroom, my BM's don't smell (I know, TMI).
My head feels clearer and I'm not in a "fog" . Energy levels are through the roof! I feel like I'm on Cloud 9.
I stopped taking Lugol's in ozonated water. It made me soooo tired and lethargic.
