hi..
its been a year sinc ive visited this forum....last year i was posting aggressively in this forum since i had really really bad acne....n i was determined to find an answer to my acne....the past year has been more of a journey towards seeking answers for me....n i can say ive found the answer...i really have...n thats not just for me...but its for everybody....for all the Acne sufferers....I know how Acne feels...i know how it just feels...its the worst thing ever...i feel ive lost my identity because of acne...i dont feel emotions anymore...nothing else matters to me more than my acne...my face ...my zitty face....no emotion is strong enough to make me forget my acne...its been 15 years of trauma for me now...i can say Acne is the worst disease god could ever make...its worse than cancer...it makes the person so zombied...so restless...so lifeless...ive never had a normal life because of acne..n i dunno if i can ever live normally now...even if i get rid of acne..because i feel m so psyched with this disease that being abnormal seems normal to me...i cant imagine having a normal life...


i know how to cure my acne....but i dunno why m not doingn it...i dunno why i feel m born to suffer n god is making me suffer due to some mistake of mine...i dunno..i over eat sweet things...then i follow a regimen to get clear skin....n just when my skin begins to heal...i binge on sweets...n then follow a regimen to clear my skin...its been a year since ive been doing this..n now m again in a bad state...
i feel acne sufferers have a mental problem...we all are so restless...so listless..so complaining of life..that we forget to live...i think we need to chillax..we need to try to live normal...we need to take a break...n my work is so hectic that i hardly get time for myself...
life is getting bad...dunno where its going...i really really wanna cure myself..
u know...following a simple routine can get u rid of all troubles..
following are some golden rules that u MUST MUST follow if ure suffering from any disease n especially acne....plssss read them....its the ONLY...i repeat the ONLY solution to acne...or any disease....its a must to follow these rules..n trust me...u follow this for 6 months...n your acne will be a thing of the past....TRUST ME..plssss

RULES.
1. If u get up in the morning n realise that ure not having a normal bowel movement...as in you dont get the urge to pass your bowels..then be sure that there is something wrong with your diet (however healthy).

2. The most important thing is to have a natural bowel movement the first thing in the morning. For that...you must follow the following rules.

3. Eat only 2 meals a day...n make sure that one meal is fully digested before you eat the next. In Ayurveda, it is said that when the digestive fire is good...the body can digest even poison, but when there is no digestive fire..you could die of having even nectar. Trust me this is true. Eat only when you are hungry. n eat only 3/4th the stomach capacity. DO NOT at any cost go beyond that. Your stomach can best digest food only when it is not completely full. Keep 2 fixed meal timings. Eat a meal at 11 am in the morning. and the second meal at about 6:30 in the evening. If you get hungry in the middle eat a fruit or have a juice. DO NOT eat anything other than this.

4. The quality and quantity of food. Both matter a lot. I just mentioned abouot the quantity. Make one meal a cooked one and the other one raw. Have whole grains and pulses n some cooked veggies for the cooked meal. (not more than 3/4th the stomach capacity). Make the other meal a raw one. (preferably dinner). Eat a salad consisting of a fruit, a vegetable. Eat some sprouts with some nuts n raisins. n if u need something warm, try some soup. Again, do not exceed more than 3/4th your stomach. It might be tough for u to practice this in the beginning. Especially if your used to over eating. But trust me, youll start feeling the results in just a couple of days.

5. Avoid binging on food. Make sure u chew every morsel of food. DO NOT eat in a hurry. Make sure u take your time to eat. It is very important. DO NOT think aout work, deadlines etc while eating. Concentrate on the food.

6. Forgt the convetional breakfast - lunch - dinner protocol. In Ayurveda, we saay that the person who eats once is a yogi (saint), a person who eats twice is a bhogi (someone who eats well) and a person who eats thrice is a rogi (diseased person).
So just follow you meal timings and (11 and 6) and listen to your body. If you feel you do not need food for a meal. Just have soup or just juice. If you feel your bowels are not clear for the day...try avoiding food...have just juices.

7. Have a hobby. My problem is that since childhood ive never had interest in anything except food. I had food when i am bored/depressed/happy or just anythign..N now m struggling from the past one year to get rid of this compulsive disorder of binging on food. I knonw wat i said above is going to gimme or just anyone astounding results on skin, but I find it hard to follow because of my compulive obsession with food. Hope no one else suffers from that.

8. Last but not the least. give a break to your mind.


TRUST me plss....do not give hope...What i just stated above arent some newly invented man made rules. These are just natural instincts that are deeply embedded in each one of us...just that humans give more prominence to their compulsions more than instincts..ever wonder why animals never get acne??...or any other dreadly disease??...its only cuz they naturally follow the rules of nature.. A dog wouldnt even smell food if he suffers from indigestion. But we humans?...we eat food whenever possible.


N yea....as an acne sufferer...avoid sweet( the worst of all rules i know) ...eat some figs or dates if u crave for sweet...but only in the meal timings..
sorry for the long mail....but i know how acne is..n i wanna reach to any acne sufferer on earth....
