Hey Di, I slowly worked ML protocols into my lifestyle about 4-5 months ago. Started with the baths and because they worked so great I thought I would try the drink. I feel very confident that it was these protocols that helped because of the timing of when I started it.
I wish I understood the mechanics of how this removes spurs since so many people are afraid of calcium because they think it will cause them.
I really hate getting xrayed but I'm glad to be able to share this tidbid of good news to others. I think testing (and at home testing) is very important to be able to prove these things.
