what do i do now

This has all gotten out of control in the last year. I started tweezing and now im to the point of shaving. If I tweeze i get ingrown hairs and its red. If i shave its like razor burn. now i have red splotches on my neck and its noticable. Im so embarrassed and dont know what to do. Will the slotches ever go away. Im using mederma for scars but that seems to not be working since I have to keep plucking and/or shaving and irritating my skin even more. Is there any hope. What can I do. I think about this all the time. Im so afraid it will be noticed. I want to have another baby but I'm too embarrassed knowing everyone will notice while Im in the hospital. I dont want anyone to ever notice my neck. I feel like Im being stared at, I dont know if its paranoia or its really that bad. Is there anything I can do. I tried using a good electric razor but it seems like you can still see a black dot. Help me please... Tweet
