Yes I guess it's all about keep trying and not giving up. It's natural to mess up at times because we are human but if we do not fall too far deep into the same rut we might actually still come out on top. For example I was trying to fast and I ate some crackers from a vending machine and even though this means I broke my fast. I still was relieved that the crackers wouldn't make me gain weight! So I'm fighting to get my willpower back and it's a long winding road...
