Thanks and yes I could use a partner in this! We have similar interests. So tell me how do you prepare? I had a piece of meat this morning to get me on my way and so far only water since about 6am, so at least I have not had anything to eat since then! I was gonna try to move into Ketosis to make things easy but since you will be my partner just tell me how your day started and that will motivate me! I will do some light stretches and ab exercise this evening when I get home, maybe some jumping jacks to kick off some weight!
