Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis and Coloring Facial Hair...Advice sought.
Hi Zufan,
Henna doesn't come in black, but indigo does. This is a link to a website that sells all-natural plant based hair dyes. Hugely comprehensive site dedicated to dying one's hair naturally and gives instructions/tips etc.

You might want to look into 'reversing gray' - plenty of info on this website about it if you search on it. Yarrow tea restores gray to your natural colour, urine therapy does also - this is not for all though :) , others have used iodine, check out the
Iodine supplementation forum for more info, or this person has had success

Grey hair can also be caused by an inability to absorb nutrients properly, so you could have
food intolerances /candida which is causing bad uptake. People have reported better hair growth when supplementing with EFA's (good oils).
I've done a bit of research on this, as my mum had dead white hair in her 30's, as did her sister and her mum and i don't really fancy this much, here's me seeing the first few come through at age 27...
I've started
Iodine therapy and take my B vitamins. I have also used amla (from henna pages, like henna, but no colour, it conditions your hair & helps it grow)
I've also stopped using shampoo (which has
SLS in it and can be bad for your skin/body/hair) and alternate between nothing, baking soda and sometimes shampoo recently, as i've found one without Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulfate.
I'm still in the early stages, so can't say definitively if this is working or not - plus i only have a grey hair here and there, so its not noticeable. Also, bowel, kidney and
Liver Cleansing are reported to help immensely and i've done a couple of liver flushes, but not gotten the results i wanted (didnt get any gall stones out :( ), so will keep doing them until i do and see results. The liver is quite important in health overall and choline/inisitol/lecithin can be used to help the liver do its thing. Biotin is another supplement people do well with, but that's perhaps more for growth of hair, as its high in sulfur and your hair is basically made from sulfide bonds.
Hope this info helps :)
