Soaking grains which are 'broken'?

I want to try and soak grains because i feel it would make a good morning meal.

Its a mixture of grains out of the store and some dried fruits, in a small bag. Organic

it contains raisins, banana(dried), coconut oil, sugarcane (coated abit over certain fruits not much), honey, apricot, oatflakes, wheatflakes, barleyflakes, hazelnuts, almonds, sunflowerseeds

all organic. i feel this is a fairly healthy meal, if i would just know how to soak these properly.

Is it still better then unsoaked, even though the grains themselves are already 'broken'? Most of it is flakes

EDIT: because i read in the search soaking is meant for grains which are still inside the hull. But would there still be benefit in other forms like flakes? I mean does soaking makes grains in general easier digestable?

i dont know anything about food preparation and/or soaking
