Re: Liver Flush didn't work!!

I haven't noticed anything dramatically different yet, but then again I did the flush on the very last day of my juice fast, so there's been quite a few changes going on in regards to that, so maybe it's just a bit too hard to be able to see what causes what. I'm sure it's all for the good though.

Any idea what that "pesto" was?

I'm doing the Liver Flush as a part of cleansing my whole body, I want to be able to recommend different cleanses as I intend to start a career in altenative health. Also I've been a heavy drinker in the past, and I thought this could be a good way to relieve my poor liver of the old trauma since I've quit drinking now.

I did the flush the Hulda Clark way, I didn't read the book but got a comprehensive checklist on how to go about it here on CureZone.

I'm pretty sure I'll try the flush another time then, probably with mum, she's just finished her 11-day juice fast and probably wants to do some sort of a cleanse as well.
