Re: Liver Flush didn't work!!

My first cleanse only flushed out small greenish soft "stones", if they are called stones. I haven't yet done a second Liver-Flush but will in less than two weeks. From what I read, it can take a few flushes to get out stones, and even if no stones come out, the cleanse could still be working to reboot the bile flow. I am not the expert, just repeating what I've been hearing, but it's been so helpful to know ahead of time and not get discouraged. Have you noticed any changes since then? I've noticed a few signs of toxins leaving my system like bad skin after the LF.. even though that sounds bad, I take it as a positive that things are happening.

People can get stones early on in life. What are the reasons for you doing the liver flush? And which method are you following? I used the A. Moritz method and felt little discomfort just haven't yet seen much stone activity.
