epsom salt a good alternative

I've done a colonic, but never an enema. I don't know if your client used Epsom Salts while she was away, but I just tried it for the first time, and man!!! that stuff REALLY helped!

You probably shouldn't use it as often as an enema because of possible dehydration, yet as a semi-emergency measure, it'd probably be good.
