Along with the Iodine, I've been using Colon Pure Purified Psyllium Husk (powdered) .

I felt that I needed to cleanse my colon out as well.

Since upping my Iodine intake, the twinges on the left side of my abdomen have increased. Every time I breathe, I can feel it.

And my face has erupted in pimples and blackheads

! SeaBreeze Astringent hasn't helped very much
