I haven't tried sesame oil yet, but I did want to mention that castor oil (for me) pulls up the biggest most compact gobs of mucus---
so if you've got a lot to get rid of, maybe you'll also respond with big gobs of gnarliness to spit down the drain (additional, fyi, the smallest puniest pips of mucus I get from pulling with extra virgin olive oil :P)

however, everyone has diffrent responses.
