anyway, there's a barbeque place in town that makes two different BBQ sauce recipes. One's called BBQ Sauce and one's called Sissy Sauce! LOL Maybe you could label your spices "hot," (or "cryin'" or "heap a burnin' love" :-D) "medium" (or "original"), and "sissy"! You can start with one level and work your way up!
