"PICA" by MH

The "PICA" formula is very close to the Longevity Spices Formula minus the spices.

For the first time, I have shown a Barefoot Formula on the web site. If you go to the web site, click on herbal formulas and at the bottom, click on "PICA" you will get an idea what it takes to make the "PICA" Formula. You will see how complicated it is and all the products that first have to be made. The "PICA" and Longevity Spices formulas are like brother/sister formulas. If you don't like hot spices, the "PICA" formula would be next in line for a Longevity type formula.

Keep in mind, I personally make the "pica" formula for the boys from birth up. Being a fan of Dr. John R. Christopher the Spice formula would be for the boys when they are man enough to use it!!! Dr. Christopher often bragged how a "man" could handle the spices!!!!

You can also see that like the Longevity Spices Formula, I also add each year to the "PICA" formula.
