Hi Curezonem,

Would you be able to tell me the name of this book? It sounds like a good comprehensive one. I've been trying to find out what your eye whites turning yellowish (but only in one small part) and being more bloodshot means.
I've recently noticed that the whites of my eyes that are exposed to the outside world (the parts usu. covered by my eyelids aren't as bad) are yellowish, and quite bloodshot.

Now i'm fairly sure I can attribute this to a bit of liver abuse (we cant all be perfect 100% of the time) - as the last time I drank heavily, my eyes went soooo red, it was really unattractive. That was the first time i really noticed it.

I've done a couple of Liver Flushes recently, however none were effective in getting out any stones, so i'm thinking there must be some mothers in there!!
