my eye whites are bloodshot.

My eye whites(sclera) have always been bloodshot ever since I can remember. It is almost as if they are tattoos. I have gone on water fasts, juice fasts. I eat healthy but nothing works. Anybody know how I can clear these ugly red bloodshot lines out of the whites of my eyes? Tweet
