Hello- I am new to fasting. And I just found this site. Could you help me with a few questions?
I have about 60 pounds to lose and I want to lose them quickly so do you think fasting would be my best bet?
Here are my concerns...
- Will it slow my metabolism way down to the point where I would not be able to lose wieght after the fast? - The metabolism thing is my biggest concern.
- Would I lose wieght faster on a low carb diet?
- Has anyone really had success losing weight? And how long did it take?
I really want to do this so any help would be awesome!
