I wanna know people's comment on Water Fasting and exercising. I've Water Fast a few times and loving it. I always Water Fast before an event/ holiday/ sick ( always get better by the end of the fast and feel much better!)
Anyway, I tried to do a little weights ( my own body weight 63kgs) and felt great the first few days and at the middle of the fast (Day4-6) I would feel too tired to do the exercise BUT by day 6-10 my energy is back again! I guess thats my body healing itself and bringing energy back :)
So anyone out there with the same experiences? Or maybe a totally different experiences? I would love to hear :))
