Re: A Four-Step Health-Care Solution

Unsolicited testimony from those who have used a protocol or substance and beaten a serious medical condition such as cancer is indeed compelling.  Most people would likely trust such testimony more than any amount of hyped claims, advertising or questionable studies. Of course, such testimony could be manufactured, falsified or coerced, however, unlike false advertising or studies which might have slanted in favor of the funders, tany company guilty of doing should be relatively easy to catch with a minimal amount of investigation.

No doubt it is the compelling nature of such true to life testimonials on behalf of natural supplements and alternative healing that has made the FDA determined to violate the second amendment and restrain free speech by prohibiting such testimonials on the website of any company who sells products related to the testimonials.

There is a trial going on in Texas which began as a result of an FDA complaint five years ago that seeks to set a precedent for such a prohibition.  It pits a small natural supplement company and maker of colloidal silver which I consult to against the Goliath of FDA and the World Pharma lords the serve.

Much like the Alamo in days gone by, this small company and it's supporters of health freedom are pitted against a corrupt giant determined to impose it's will on the people and stifle their freedoms - and, just like the Alamo and the struggles that followed, the outcome effect the freedom and future of millions.

Next Wednesday there is a meeting between the parties in a Judges chambers in Austin, Texas as they attempt to comply with a judges admonition to work out an agreement.  So far the Texas Attorney General's Office (TAG),  which are obviously acting on behalf of the FDA, which they are officers of by state law, have not given any indication of making a fair or reasonable settlement.  First they reneged two years ago on a prior oral agreement that would have settled the case (the attorney from the TAG would only reveal that he was told by higher ups to proceed to trial despite the prior agreement to settle).

Most recently, they have continued to stonewall and refuse to answer questions or otherwise attempt to make clarifications as requested by the presiding judge.
When Utopia Silver asked why they were being singled out for such actions and nothing was happening to literally thousands of other similar companies they were told that "someone" had decided to make Utopia Silver a test case to see just how far they could restrict natural and alternative health product and THEN go after the other companies.

After the hearing next week I intend to update CureZone and the world about what is happening down here in the Hill Country of Texas that may affect us all.  Before it is over, Utopia Silver may have e lot more friends and support than the Texas Attorney General and those really behind the lawsuit can imagine.
