First of all for a fungal sinus infection to be in the sinuses means that the whole system is compromised and obstructed. If you have Grapefruit-Seed-Extract experiment with a few drops in the neti, if not use a mixture of Sea Salt and bicarbonate of soda which is alkalinizing and works through more stubborn areas. You must do neti religiously. Fungus will also be in the ears and eustachian, possibly the sinuses nearest your upper teeth and around the trigeminal nerve which may also cause affectation to the eyes also in other sinuses than neti will not hit. You can clean the ears by dropping 3-4 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide with a drop of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract if you have it then dry the ear. This will kill some fungus on contact. Anything you can do to lessen the load will help. Pau D Arco in large amounts 6=8 capsules 3 times a day for the duration of Antibiotic 10-14 days will help greatly then you must meantime change protocols for dealing with systemic fungus.

You must put the water in several times a day consistently even if iot does not go through. Make sure the water is warm, I find that when clogged a strong solution such that burns a bit is very irritating enough to temporarily open the clogged nostril. What you have most likely is an obstruction caused by inflamed tissue. The saline solution will cause a loss of water to the tissue causing short periods of relief, if you use Grapefruit-Seed-Extract it will sneak in and kill the fungus on contact, yet the die off may leave you inflamed for days yet there will be sporadic periods where inflammation goes down.

Good time to do neti is at beginning of shower if clogged you will often open up 5-10 minutes after introduction of solution and the shower is a great place for this to occur.
