1.) If you are worried about Epsom Salts , you don't have to use them. There are alternative methods that don't use them.

2.)You don't have to do any other protocol, but it is highly recommended.

Some have gotten lots of stones out after doing a parasite cleanse. As for a bowel cleanse, if you don't clear out the toxins, they will be recirulated back into the liver. Tweet
