Help!So Sad and depressed.

Hi all I'm new to the community, but I have been browsing the eczema section for about 3 days now and had to post my problem. I have really dry skin and its all over my body. Its flaky and itchy sometimes. The worse is on my face though because of my sensitive skin I got a huge red spot on the left side of my face. The doctor gave me desocort lotion and it worked but after about 2 months it started again. I was wondering if there are any suggestions I should do. Like dieting and the fluushes i think i will try to help my skin. Im so sad and barely go out anymore. Im 20 years old and feel like my whole life has been a waste. Thanks in advance
