Does anyone here know the effects of ejaculation by either sex or self-gratification during water fasting.

I know that if you regulate every desire that arises in the mind fasting or not you will benefit. I know if you give in to desire of the mind especially while fasting you will lose virtue and control of the mind. i know that one can have sex or spank the monkey while fasting but if one does not have control to prevent ejaculation one will lose much lifeforce, unless control is scrupulous by means of retention practice best not to tempt God.

You do not want to overstimulate the parasympathetic nervous sytem , a great deal of your life force energy is being redirected while fasting to strengthen the cerebrospinal fluid, the sympathetic nervous system brain etc...not good to misdirect and play with this energy while fasting unless you are experienced as I
said
