You are killing them and they are fighting back. It sounds like you are very parasitic/fungal. I took Barefoot's dewormer for three weeks and then did a liver cleanse. I continued to take his dewormer for 9 more days and five days later did another liver cleanse. You would not believe the things that came out of my body.

When I first started to cleanse my body of parasites/fungus/candida, many years ago, I broke out in that "itchy rash" over 90% of my body. I had it from my head to my feet.

Candida die off has a fishy smell to it.
