As for my questions, when you took Primal Defense, was it after Fungal Defense? I am reading Patient Heal Thyself, and Jordan Rubin recommends both at the same time as well as a buch of other supplements that would cost a fortune, especially at 12 capsules a day.

"Cleanse your colon often at first. (after several liver cleanses) cleanse your kidneys. Fast. Take detox baths. One I recommend is 2 cups Epsom Salt, 1 cup baking soda and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of H202. Use ACV in your bath. Drink ACV. Eat coconut products (Breads, flaked coconut, coconut cream)"

I am considering doing my first Colon Cleanse which is a big leap for me at this time. I want to get this clear, you cleaned your colon, then several Liver Cleanses and then kidney cleanse?
