Ok, Docta KNOW, let's talk some serious turkey here:

I didn't know what the problem was until the last 10 yrs, I've suffered from fibromyalgia all of my life ... constipation is some of my earliest memories - sad, huh? ... "growing pains" my mama called my legs aches ... sinus problems from hell by the time I was 12 (CURED today from the use of herbs) ... female problems from age 10 that made childbirth a picnic ... no energy, every step in my adult life has been me pushing myself ... insomnia that started with "listening for the babies" - the baby is 32 and I should stop listening for her!!!  She's been out of the house for almost 1/2 of her life!

Have you ever compared a list of fibro symptoms and a list of fluoride poisoning symptoms??  If not, do so, you'll be stunned.

NOW ... I drink distilled water, organic juices and herbal teas almost exclusively ... once a week, I might break down and have a capuccino, bad, yes, but after an adult life of drinking 3-5 pots of coffee a day and enough southern sweet tea to float a battleship, at least acknowledge that I'm trying here!!!

I haven't had a fluoride treatment in my adult life!!!!!  I haven't used toothpaste with fluoride in it in ... hmmm ... 10 yrs, probably more.

I've been researching fluoride in bath water and find too much conflicting info and don't know what to believe:

The fluoride molecules in water are too large to be absorbed thru the skin?

In HOT water, what is the effect on fluoride as a pertaining to it becoming a gas that is inhaled while soaking in a HOT tub of water?  This is VERY important to this picese who does some of her best napping in the tub!!!

IF fluoride is an issue in the tub, what is the best shower filter to handle the fluoride in the water and/or the gases that escape and can be inhaled?

MH doesn't have much faith in shower filters but then and again, he doesn't have to deal with city water and fluoride and chlorine.

Got any answers for me?  Or can you help me with research on this or point me to where I can get trusted answers to this delimma?
