Re: Diet as I started into Moreles protocol
thanks so much for the detailed response, I printed it out, and I'll be trying some of those dietary suggestions. I already eat a predominantly veg.-based diet, but was a little afraid the drink, though I guess it's time to try it. How did you feel as the parasites/yeast were being "evicted?" I don't think I have large parasites, I think they are all protoza, microscopic stuff at this point, so the only proof I'd have is how I feel. I haven't been able to use anything as sweet as BSM, the last few times I've tried, I'd get an almost immediate deep ear itch or... you know, butt itch. Too much fruit will do the same thing. I think the "Super PH Minerals" I'm taking probably do have an alkalizing effect, but I haven't been rigorous enough with the diet, still probably doing too many grains, and the occasional deli sandwich or something when I'm in a hurry. That's my biggest problem, I'm self-employed and my time is not my own, usually, I am just insanely busy and have very little time for shopping and meal preparation. My homeopath/naturopath advised I avoid salad greens because supposedly they are notoriously contaminated with amoeba, and I know I did have an amoeba problem for a long time. So not being able to eat lettuce has really turned my diet upside down, since I used to live on salads, and that was my easiest, best choice in restaurants. I have been hoping that if I can get more alkaline, I'll be able to eat salads again without re-infecting myself, which I think happens constantly to everyone, it's just that parasites don't latch on in healthier people.
Do you eat any grains at all? I try to do whole grains, soaked with ACV at least overnight before slow cooking. Mainly quinoa, brown rice, millet. Sometimes buckwheat. Are grains a no-no on the alkalizing diet? I can't imagine having enough energy without them, but maybe some fruit would make up for that if I can handle it.
THanks again!
