--evicted parasites & Rid of candida--

Before starting using the detox drink, alalising diet, and detox baths, was eating a lot of protein and lots of low glycemic index veg, like broccoli, swiss chard, and other greens. Was using a zapper and had used wormwood, clove, and other herbs in an attempt to control both candida and parasites.
Before changing my diet, I started the alkalising drink, checking my pH and journaling the results as described at the askmoreless.com website. The first diet change I made was to change most meat to chicken soup with the most alkiline organic veg from small farmers at farmers market that I could find. This turned out to be a lot of celery, kale, parsley and beet greens. Also lots of home grown herbs: rosemary, bay, oregano. Was also eating "grass fed beef" and mixed salad greens with raw spinach for lunch. [This was too acid forming, and had to go!]
I started with only 1 T BSM and 1 T ACV, lots of lime water, a pinch of ES. I take the kelpo on the side, mix with water into a paste, and take a tsp or so when I drink abt 1/2 pt of the drink. I drank as much of the drink as I could stand for several days. This alkaline push evicted parasites, and I have had no sign of them for all these months, though they had been an ongoing problem for over a decade. It also got rid of the candida/fungus more thoroughly than anything else ever has.
After that, within a week, I began cutting back on the meat and incresing higher glycemic index veg. Added beets, carrots, butternut squash.
By abt 1st-2d month, was able to eat Japanese/Okinawan sweet potato. Asparagus was in season, so added that. Also able to eat fruit as the season started. Cheries and apricot went pretty well, but peaches and nectarines are a problem. [This is due to poor quality, low mineral content and NPN...check website and other posts here for details abt that.]
Had a problem with being too low energy, and about a week or two ago increased the BSM and ACV with the alk drink. Also quit taking it with meals, switched to between meals. With meals 1-2 T BSM, 1/4 tsp ES, 2+ T ACV in home made grapefruit juice. No candida, and great increase in energy!
I have recently found some very good quality plums, and am doing well with eating them even tho very sweet and a bit acid-forming. This past week, have added potatoes and sprouted grains. The meat is doen to abt 2-3 oz a day. The grees are down to 1+ cup a day. Also eating very small amount of goat milk yogurt and hard cheeses.
This isn't everything, but it gives you an idea. Start from where you are now and study the askmoreless,com site and this forum. Introduce stuff gradually. Shift your diet gradually. Pay attention to what happens. Stay in touch here and ask questions. Especially listen to Moreless and Grz.
