like i said, i really havent paid any attention to it until you mentioned it. i vary from 200-400mg a day. i did go light monday and tuesday and the movement changed a little. the stools were firmer.
but really, i need a little to to experiment with this. everything else has been working so well, this just hasnt bothered me at all. it does come and go but my dosage varies as well.
i think lead is a viable cause. makes sense to me because i know i am rid of mercury as i feel no effects from that. i have lived my whole life poisoned by lead so i dont even know what that feels like.
