Another question: does this mean that short bursts of more challenging activity [ex: sets of weight lifting] are more alalising than a longer stretch of moderate activity [ex: brisk walking, Tai chi chuh]?

And does this mean that we can check our pH after activity to evaluate whether we are doing too much or not, depressed pH indicatin overdoing it? Might this warn us before stiffness and pain do???
