I took a standard dose of ALA (50mg) every four hours for 3 days. (I don't have any Amalgam fillings and I haven't been eating fish.)

Now I'm wondering if it was dangerous to take only ALA without DMSA?

Didn't Andy Cutler use ALA alone for his own chelation?? Did he ever say why?
