Day 1. Hi everyone! Good luck whatever stage you're in.

I've tried on and off again to cleanse again lately without success. The first few times I did the cleanse was years ago now. I got through it with the help of this forum, some place to hold myself accountable to. Pray that it helps me get through it again! I would like to go at least 14 days, maybe more if I can take it.
