I can sure understand what you're going through. I have so many problems the list is nearly endless! Some days I want to say forget this and give it all up and say if I die I die! It takes SO much effort and SO much time and SO much learning, it's often overwhelming.

Most of the night I can't stay asleep and most of the day I can't stay awake!

I have zero energy. I have 100 EXCESS pounds of weight I am trying to lose.

I have enough facial hair to grow a beard [I'm a girl so this is NOT a good thing unless I was wanting to join the circus!].

You get the idea. I'm trying this and that and the other thing, trying to find out what is working, what is not working, how long to try it, how much to try, what to give up, on and on. I have had no instant or intense results or responses from anything, except a bit of detox.

But tomorrow will come no matter if you're trying to be healthy or not, so I keep plugging away, trying to be healthy no matter what. While hubby eats all the garbage in site. I'm ready for a padded soundproof room now!! LOL
