Die off can be absolutely horrific. My die off made me feel like I was literally dying. I had to be in bed for about 48 hours and literally did not move. Now that I think of it "die off" is actually awesome in the sense that it means some horrible stuff is being killed! YAY! If you weren't getting any die off, it wouldn't mean the stuff didn't work!

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the HW was attacking your parasite problem in a big way. It would be a shame to stop now. Why don't you have an enema, or a colonic to give you some relief and to get things moving out faster. Or, try Oxy powder do do the same thing. This is what I did. The quicker and more frequently you move your bowels the better.
