Sorry i did not respond sooner, my computer got virus and problems with it.
I will follow up on all your advices.
I did clean my bowel after my 5th Liver-Flush only once when I got real big stones and the results were the best. But I do finish all my LFs with SWF. But I guess it is not enough.
