Day 1 today..starting now

Hi

I was supposed to have started Water Fast this morning. But I ended up drinking strawberry juice and had a toast. Terrible of me.

But I want to make a start now. Coz I am sure if i keep postponing to tomorrow it is never going to happen with me.

So my fast starts now !
