Heyyy you know it is ok that you ate something. It looks like it was a light meal. See you don't want to eat a heavy meal then fast. You actually should prepare. You will not have a successful fast if you are mentally and physically unbalanced. So you want to feel good mentally and physically when you start. It's better to start fasting when you are busy and have less time to think about food. Try to be in a stress free environment. I think you will be ok.
