Need advice please

I'm considering of flying to German to have an appointment for a QXCI test so as to identify the cause of my colitis.

The doctor told me that she can find the main cause of my illness and that a distant therapy can be performed after I leave her country.Does it sound logic?How can she heal me from the distance? Is it possible?
