Yes, getting well naturally can be very confusing. If money is a factor I would try limiting common allergy foods, such as wheat, soy, corn & dairy and begin to work on balancing your minerals. There is a school of thought that states all illnesses are caused by a lack of or imbalance of minerals. Lately, I have come to realize just how true this is by my own healing that I have experienced by simply taking in balanced minerals, enzymes & amino acids. What I love about this approach is that it is easy and inexpensive! Balance is key to this approach and always remember too much of anything is never a good thing!
As you are in another country it would be difficult for me to know what supplements are available to you, but here is what I take:
1. Concentrace minerals (www.amazon.com sells it $15 free shipping a bottle, lasts 90 days)
2. Cellfood (www.balancedforheatlh.com $24, offers free shipping, lasts 90 days)
3. Any quality non-allergenic multi vitamin & mineral supplement
4. Eat whole food balanced meals (dinner example potato, green beans & sauteed organic steak) All foods should be unprocessed.
5. Take in quality water as much as possilble
6. Most importantly, remain positive as healing begins from within.
Internal
Colon Cleanse would be a good start, but approach cleansing carefully because they can strip you of your minerals.
Remember, everything in nature has a natural balance and when that balance gets thrown off the system can't function correctly.
Be well,
