Vitamin C continues to get the propagandist treatment by major media

Major media from all the networks in the USA and Canada all reported on the exact same study this week, repeating it for two days, so far. Its like it is the best study ever done the way they are showing it twice an hour!!!

It is not. They only used 200mgs. of Vit C to determing if it can help us with the common cold.

Thats not enough for a flea!! Coyotes produce about 40,000 mgs [40 grams] a day when they have a virial infection, and humans do not produce their own so we have to take it in somehow. Foods used to have 10 times as much nutrition as they do now, and that includes Vit C. Therefore, we get our Vit C in supplements [which are not from china, hopefully].

How much? Well,Vit C is titrated out of our systems in 30 minutes, so the recommended dose for us when fighting off any infection is a gram or two an hour, up to about 10 grams a day, maybe 20. That is 20,000 mgs, not 200 as this study used!!!! Linus Pauling said 40 grams is about right for him, and he took it a lot.

Linus Pauling never had a cold, and neither have I - it has been over 25 years now. Hardly a sniffle, certainly not a runny nose or a cough at all, nothing. So try to tell me Vit C has no effect, thats just not true.

For another thing, oddly enough, this study concluded that "high-level fitness people DO benefit from Vit C, but ordinary people do not". Maybe that means that most people are so soft now that not even Vitamin C can help them, but its not the Vitamin C's fault goddammmmmit. Or maybe they were trying to tell us "you are not qualified to benefit from Vitamin C since you are a normal person and normal people do not take these things". [that looks like 'social engineering', and it works, so people must be as weak mentally as they are physically]

Medical mainstream wants us to get colds and suffer so we buy the cold products in pharmacy stores. Thats why this story was paraded over all the networks in a concerted fashion.
