Re: In defence of every one
In reading the posts of those few who (the ones who posted such) were unsuccessful since the inception of the ML forum, it has been my experience and understanding, based upon their posts, that most (all?) would modify the protocol considerably based upon what "they" thought they should do without fully understanding the purpose and principles.
In addition, they (intentionally?) gave their healing power over to someone else; ML in this case. In so doing, they had the "safety blanket" of blaming some one else and/or something (the protocol), if it failed. This effectively, in their minds absolved them from taking responsibility for themselves and their health.
That said, the protocol is meant to be understood and adjusted BY each individual for their own needs. I would imagine that for some, the lime water may not be needed, for others it may be needed in larger quantities. Such is the case with each ingredient. In addition, the protocol can vary in the same individual from one day to the next dependent upon the individuals changes in daily dietary habits and environment.
One has to listen to their own body... the answer will not come from someone else, neither is it out there somewhere... it is inside each one of us. People need to communicate with, and listen to, their bodies, mind, and souls. Only then will they know what they must do to heal.
If the body is constipated... something is wrong! Eat differently! If you have diarrhea, something is wrong. If you have arthritis, something is wrong. Eat and drink differently. It IS that simple.
I was talking to an acquaintance yesterday that knew i was facing bi-lateral knee replacements 2 years ago OR a wheelchair. He called me a "walking" miracle. Of course he also knows I have made huge changes in dietary and lifestyle habits, but that is the only necessary parts of healing.
It will most likely take me a few more years to get my left knee working as I would like, unless I can get my mind more involved in the healing process, but I understand that it takes time to heal... in more ways than one.
