Re: long term mirena use - side effects

hi everyone, thank you so much for your emails. God, I am going to take loads of print outs to my clinilc this afternoon. I told them this morning I wanted an emergency appointment, so hopefully I can get them to remove the mirena soon.
What's amazing is that docs/nurses etc just tell us we're talking rubbish - but we know our own bodies. I just wish I'd 'known' it was the mirena all along. Like you guys I actually thought I was dying - couldn;t move, eat etc It's been horrific. I'll let you know what they say this afternoon. Those of you with kids to look after - itmust have been an absolute nightmare. You are amazingly strong to have lived through this.
