An excellent Science lesson, but it was very difficult to read because of the way it was typed.
My first example of colloid was Jello, then cement. My dad was always teaching us with everyday things becoming Science lessons. I guess that is why I knew the mixing vinegar with baking soda to see the release of electromagnetic energy was pure bunk-I remember doing that about age five and learning when acids and bases are mixed together CO2 was released, another example was drinking some baking soda dissolved in water and the resulting belch (to show the stomach contained acid). Years later I questioned the release of electromagnetic energy when drinking the pickling lime water and got called all kinds of names.
