I love these little buggers and so would like to try the vegan ones and/or raw vegan ones.

I saw some RAW coconut macaroons for sale that contained:

Organically grown soaked Sunflower Seeds, Pecans, Coconut, Dates and Celtic Sea Salt


also-- does carob melt like chocolate? (I know that's not raw, but I like macaroons with chocolate.)
